To be honest, who doesn’t feel tired of all the bad perception or view of mental illness? We all wish we could tell them or at least if they’re willing to be educated, we wanted to sit with them and let them know about it. The frustration is REAL. The struggle is REAL. But here are some things you could do whenever you face negative talk about mental illness: Quick note: I quote these informations from a webinar with @safehaven.id 1. Note that you CAN’T CONVINCE EVERYONE Humans are built different from each other; our minds obviously won’t have the same thought about certain topic. Accepting the situation that we can not always convince everyone about the piece of information we share will help us to not become stressed about it. REMEMBER, ACCEPTANCE IS THE KEY. 2.
